Register for the Meeting

Professionals and students may not register as guests or spouses. All speakers and poster presenters must be registered. To begin the registration process, CLICK HERE.

Registration Fees:

Professional through August 14 $295

Professional starting August 15 $395

Student $50

Spouse/Guest $75

All full registrations (professional, student and spouse/guest) admit the holder to all technical sessions, the exhibits and posters, Icebreaker, Mini-breaker, and Tuesday box lunch in the exhibit hall. Spouses and guests also have access to the hospitality suite Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

You may pick up your badge and tickets to optional events in the registration area in the 2nd Street Atrium (ground level) of the Hyatt Regency Downtown Tulsa anytime during the following hours:

Saturday, October 3 3:00 PM-6:00 PM

Sunday, October 4 8:00 AM-7:00 PM

Monday, October 5 7:00 AM-6:30 PM

Tuesday, October 6 7:00 AM-12:00 NOON
