Download and complete the Application & Contract, indicating your first, second, third and fourth choices. An up-to-date floor plan can be found by clicking here, or by contacting Bruce Lemmon at GEM Global Events Management, bruce@gemworldevents.net. To search the exhibitor roster (for your competition!), click here.
Copy the form for your records.
Enclose the required deposit or tell us you plan to pay online. Make checks payable to 2015 AAPG MCSM, and add “Exhibits” to the “notes” line. 50% of the total cost of space requested holds your spot if you apply by June 4, 2015; after June 4, please submit 100% of the cost of your booth space. If you are paying on line with a credit card, wait for our acknowledgment email; it will contain instructions on how to log in and pay securely.
Return it to the address or email on the Application & Contract. We will acknowledge receipt in your booth assignment email.
Space is assigned first-come, first-served. After processing by show management, expect to see your space assignment acknowledgement and invoice for any balance owed, followed mid-summer by a comprehensive online service kit with order forms, deadlines, registration instructions and housing information, and additional policies governing your participation. See the reverse side of the Application & Contract for additional regulations, including cancellation policies and exhibit hours.
Be sure to check this page for updates to the floor plan and exhibitor list. All exhibitor materials, as well as details about all aspects of the Meeting, are available online.
